“We're all just walking each other home.”
Hey, Hi, Whats up!
I'm Sophia but my friends call me Soph. Born and raised in Coastal California, I was fortunate to have access to local organic food, home-cooked meals, and fresh air. Even with all those amazing tools in hand, I still managed to get an autoimmune disorder right before I left for college. This incident threw me down the path of trying to understand what it truly means to be healthy.
On my journey, I gathered certifications in Yoga, Sound Healing, and I even became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. With all that knowledge the most important thing I learned was to look at the body as a whole and not at its individual parts.
This concept shaped my wellness philosophy of “whole body wellness”. The idea is that all of your body’s systems function together to keep us well, and that trying to heal the body as a whole instead of in its individual parts is a more sustainable approach to leading a healthy and happy life.
All of this is to say that there is a lot of information out there, and I’m here to help you filter through it and apply that information to your own life. Whether it’s yoga, sound healing, nutrition, or all of the above, together we can use foundational knowledge to create intentional practices that will build you a sustainable practice of whole-body wellness.
